What we collect and why

Your name, company, city, phone, production task, equipment parameters, comment and attached file are used to process your request, prepare offers and contact you about the request. Budget, file and comment are optional. Do not include unnecessary personal data, trade secrets or information you are not prepared to disclose.

Storage and possible transfers

Requests and attachments are stored on the operator’s server. Notifications may pass through the email provider and a CRM connected by the operator. Before connecting an external system, the operator must update this page to identify service providers, storage countries and transfer terms. Technical requirements are shared with manufacturers without your contact details unless separately agreed with you.

Retention and enquiries

The working retention period for a request is 180 days unless a different period is necessary to perform an agreed contract. Contact the address above to clarify or delete data or withdraw consent. Withdrawal may make further processing of the request impossible.

Technical data

The site uses a necessary session cookie to protect the form. A network-address hash is temporarily stored for spam prevention. When basic analytics is enabled, only daily aggregate page-view, click and form-submission counters are stored, without names or phone numbers. Advertising cookies are not used by default.
